這幾天我一直在面對一位“能量吸血鬼”也就是一個從你身上吸取能量的人😒 與這類的人交談時保持客觀是最重要的🤚🏽 不要把他們說的東西跟話全放在心裡。一個人說出來的話，講述了更多關於他自己本人的事，反而不是他周圍的事。

在這個世界上有很多可以抱怨的問題，但是你有權選擇你是想給予建設性的批評並建立希望和動機，還是你只是創造出更多的空間給負面能量和沮喪悲觀。

我覺得 所有事情是看我們自己選擇專注於問題本身，或是要繼續想怎麼解決它。我們要嘛有「藉口」要嘛有「行動」，兩者是不會存在一起的......
我認為人專注於樂觀和行動時，這樣活在當下 會比較快樂☀️😉🌈

These days I’ve been confronting some “energy vampires” = people who suck the energy out of you. It’s important to stay objective when talking to these kinds of characters. DON’T take the things they say personal. What a person says out loud, tells MORE about THEMSELVES than about their surrounding.

There’s plenty to complain about in this world, but you chose if you are gonna give CONSTRUCTIVE criticisms and build HOPE and MOTIVATION, or if you’re just creating ground for more NEGATIVITY, DOUBT and PESSIMISM.
